Processing Time
Custom art typically takes 2–4 weeks to complete before shipping. This does depend on each item and I am happy to answer questions about my timeframe during the ordering process.
I pour love and careful attention into every detail.
Shipping Info
Shipping cost ranges from $10 (watercolor pieces sized 8.5×5.5 – 9×12 in.) to $50 (large watercolor piece or canvas).
Once your order is marked as delivered by the postal service:
- I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please double-check your address, check with neighbors, and reach out to your local post office if it’s missing. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to message me and I’ll do my best to help!
Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations
Because all of my pieces are custom-made just for you: all sales are final.
- I do not accept cancellations once your order is started.
- If something arrives damaged, send me a message within 3 days (with photos!) so I can help resolve it.
Rush Orders
Need something sooner? I offer a limited number of rush orders each month for an extra fee. Just message me before ordering so I can confirm availability.
Communication
Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. I’m juggling orders, packaging, and creating every single piece by hand. Your patience means the world to me.
